Website Administrator Main Control Panel access of a site:

• Go to: https://www.yourdomain.com:8443
• First, say continue and yes to the queries about the certificate.
• Then enter:
  • Login: yourdomain.com (Replacing "yourdomain.com" with your real domain address)
  • Password: XXXXXXX

What can I do here?

• Add additional users/mailboxes
• Add alias email addresses
• Check statistics from your site
• Check vital information regarding your site.

User/Email Control Panel access of a site:

• Go to: https://www.yourdomain.com:8443
• First, say continue and yes to the queries about the certificate.
• Then enter:
  • Login: your_user_name@yourdomain.com (In other words replacing "your_user_name@yourdomain.com" with your full email address)
  • Password: XXXXXXX

What can I do here?

• Check email
• Change email password
• Add autoresponders
• Add vacation responders.
• Adjust Spam and Antivirus Settings

To change your email password:

Go into theuser/ email control panel. Click on "Preferences", type in the new password in the field marked as "New Password" and again in the field marked "Confirm Password" and click "OK". Your new password is now in. Remember to then go into either Outlook or Express or whatever email program you are using and change that password on your account.

NOTE: Make sure to Log Out when you have completed your work.
